Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT Operational/IT Security Network/IT Data Center
- Strong experience of operation processes
- Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measure
- Effective verbal and written communication skill
- Driving for result, effective execution, network and alliance building, work independently
- Willing to work in a high mobilization
Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment ISMS Policy within the organization
- Analyze Access Control (Access Door log review, etc.) in area
- Conduct internal audit (Security process implementation, evidence and documentation)
- Conduct Security Awareness Policy
- Provide training to users and clients on the use of the system
- Control and monitor the use of the system on a regular basis either through remote system control or visits to locations/areas
- Perform troubleshooting both directly and consultatively on problems faced by users in using the system
- Ensure all IT infrastructure operations processes are well documented and continuously updated
- Analyze recurring incidents to see if there is underlying problem and propose remediation
- Perform continuous monitoring of services performance
